Ad Tracking Software

Hello I am very new to this site so forgive me if this post should be in a different section. I am working with a company that has a website and makes videos online. We want to start selling adspace on both our videos and on our website. None of us are familiar with the world of selling ad space online, but I do understand that tracking software will make things easier. Can anyone recommend a good program that is cost efficient? Thanks.
